REGISTRATION FEES
We want to make it affordable for all who want to participate. Below are the fees, which can be pre-paid in advanced via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Please contact director to pay or pay cash in person.
RACQUETBALL & PADDLEBALL FEES
- 1st Event - $40
- 2nd Event - $25
- 3rd Event- $15
- 4th Event - $10
ADDITIONAL FEES (RACQUETBALL ONLY)
• If you have already paid your indoor USAR or outdoor WOR fee, you don’t have to pay any additional fees
- USAR Fee - $68.50/annually
- WOR Fee - $18.50/annually
• These fees only apply if playing in any Racquetball event. The fees go directly to USA Racquetball to have a 1 year membership.
• If you are a new registree, you will have the option to pay either USAR Fee or WOR fee. If you pay WOR fee, you will have membership to play any other outdoor Tournaments for a year, but if you pay USAR fee, you will be able to play any indoor and outdoor tournament for a year.

WHAT DO
PLAYERS GET?
HOODIES
• All players will get a hoodie based on their registered size. Please make sure to notify director if size changed.
CUSTOMIZED CRYSTAL TROPHY
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Racquetball and Handballer players will receive a crystal table top award. Paddleball winners will receive a Bolivia Open 2023 t-shirt.
FOOD/DRINKS
• First and foremost, this is a non-alcoholic sporting event. There will be plenty of food and athletic drinks for all players.
• On Inauguration Day (Friday, August 4th), we will have Anticuchos and Chorizo for all players and spectators for dinner.
• On Saturday, August 5th, we will have light refreshments for breakfast. Participating players will receive a ticket to claim their lunch for their typical Bolivian dish. We will have pizza or BBQ for dinner.
• On Sunday, August 6th, we will have light refreshments in the morning.
APPS/BITES
• On Saturday, we will have Salteñas and Empanadas De Queso for participating players. Players will receive a ticket to claim their dish.
• There will also be other bites and snacks throughout the day. Also, feel free to bring anything for the players if you’d like to contribute.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL FEATURES
We are working hard to achieve the special additional features below. We will be constantly updating this page, and FB page to notify players as things progress.
MULTI CAM LIVESTREAM
• We have the technology, creativity, and talent to run a full production. Why not stream?
• For the first time at SW, we will have a multi-cam livestream production.
GREEN SCREEN PHOTOBOOTH
• Open-air green screen Photobooth will be open to players and participants at various times throughout the tourney.
• Make sure to take a picture to win a surprise for the best “goofy” picture contest.
SURPRISE ARTS/CRAFTS & CULTURE
• Currently working to get a couple surprise arts/crafts presentation during the weekend. We may have one on Friday, August 4th from 7-8pm and/or on Saturday from 1-2pm.
PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS
• Bolivia is at its peak in the sport of Racquetball, including current world ranked #1 Conrrado Moscoso, and we are working towards him making an appearance. Other professional players who may be participating include Carlos Keller, Kadim Carrasco, Brenda Laime, and others.
• We will update this page and other racquetball social media sites when professional players confirm their participation.

• If you need help setting this up, don’t hesitate to get in contact with the director. We will walk you through every step to make sure you’re good to go and ready to play!
PADDLEBALL
• Paddleball players please register via the link. If you already registered for Racquetball via R2Sports, notify the Director that you want to be added to Padleball.
HANDBALL
• Handball players please register via the link. We look forward to seeing you compete!
